The VIP Client Program is a priority membership plan that allows our regular year-round clients to bypass our waiting list by booking all appointments for the year in advance. It is exclusively available to existing clients with at least a 3-appointment history at our salon and no recorded late arrivals or no-call/no-shows. Clients who are eligible for this program have their pets groomed every 1-6 weeks and have shown a commitment to the consistent care of their pets, allowing us to develop the trusting relationship between groomer, pet, and owner that forms the backbone of the co-operative care experience we strive for at The Beauty Pawlor. Enrollment for 2022 opens in October 2021.
Enrollment affords the following benefits:
-Priority scheduling: Don't wait for an appointment, no matter how busy we are- you're already on the book! Easily coordinate your pet's regular visits with vacations and events. The weeks preceding major holidays are reserved for VIP clients first, then opened to non-VIP members last.
-Priority re-scheduling: If you need to move an appointment, you are guaranteed our soonest available make-up date. Must provide notice 24 hours in advance.
-Free teeth brushing or paw fizz treatment with every groom: $8 value. Teeth brushing includes toothbrush to take home if preferred, and does not replace regular annual veterinary dental work or routine at-home maintenance.
-Special member pricing- You save us time; we save you money! VIP members enjoy exclusive member pricing and access to seasonal promotions unavailable to non-members.
This program is based on a mutually beneficial agreement to maintain consistency and convenience for our clients and our salon. To remain eligible for VIP Client program enrollment and pricing, clients must:
-Provide 48 hours' notice for all cancellations and rescheduled appointments, with the exception of illness and emergency.
-Maintain a mat-free coat. A few loose tangles here and there can be manageable, but heavy matting requires extra time that interferes with the consistency of our daily schedule and compromises the quality of our work.
Failure to adhere to these rules will result in removal from the VIP client program. All pre-scheduled appointments will be cancelled; all VIP Client benefits will be lost. Dismissed VIP clients may book up to 6 weeks in advance, but no longer. Dismissed clients are eligible for re-enrollment after 3 consecutive appointments at intervals no greater than 6 weeks with no last-minute cancellations or heavy matting.
Eligible clients will receive an invitation during the October-December enrollment period containing a tentative yearly schedule for you to approve or revise as needed. Confirming the schedule confirms enrollment for the year.
